My humble food journal

From an early age I was drawn to the kitchen to rustle up something, I started my skills with shortbread, which was a hit with my family of 5 siblings.  I cannot remember the recipe I used to make this family favourite which concerns me now,as I know it was a never fail recipe that held it's own and was full of that buttery flavour!

I love to cook, but as I have grown older I have not baked due to many disastrous episodes, where I have had to throw my creations in the bin.

From this journal I wish to share my tied and true recipes for your families enjoyment, so stay tunes.....
